Q. What is coaching?
A. Coaching is working with a trained individual that will help you to achieve goals that you haven’t been able, for whatever reason, to achieve by yourself. Coaches help you focus, plan, and act. You have immeasurable resources of energy, wisdom, and ability just waiting to be set in motion.
The life you want can be created faster and more easily by having a coach who helps you utilize your resources to facilitate change and realize your potential. Working with a coach you will achieve amazing results by learning how to maximize your effort in minimal amount of time.
Q. How is coaching conducted?
A. Coaching is conducted over the phone, with follow up via email and chat. A coaching session is up to 50 minutes with a 10 minute buffer zone between client calls if the session runs overtime.
Q. What’s the difference between a private 1-to-1 session and a group session seminar or workshop?
A. Seminars and workshops may consist of similar exercises but typically address the overall needs of a group of individuals i.e.; groups of students, educators or staff in an organization or business. 1-to-1 private sessions are much more effective in obtaining greater personal success in a lesser amount of time.

A. Every one of us has areas in our lives that haven’t turned out the way we wanted. A coach adds extra momentum backed with training and a passion to get to the desired result. With this manner of support your goals can be systematically planned and successfully obtained! Even professional life coaches need and use coaches.
Q. How long should coaching last?
A. The length of a coaching relationship varies, depending on the client’s desired goals and her level of commitment to achieving those goals. The coach usually asks for an informal commitment of 3 months. After you experience the success that comes with having a coach help you stay focused on a goal, you may WANT to continue working with a coach to maintain your focus or achieve other unattained goals or dreams.
