1-to-1 Personal Coaching:

Private and confidential coach and client setting. 2 phone/skype calls per month. Unlimited email support and weekly updates. Bonus: instant message text chats. Available in regularly hourly session rates and 3/6/12 month rates.

Hourly rates $75 dollars per session.

Group Coaching:

Private closed session with a group of 10-15 individuals. Coach led with guided work and group discussion about a predetermined topic. Individuals will work together to reach their unique group goals. Group rates vary please contact for more information.

Presentations/Workshops/Seminars/Webinars:

Public/Private venue with more than 15 participants. Presentations are 1-3 hours, workshops are 4-6 hours and a seminar 8 hours or more. Rates vary please contact for more information.
